IT SHOULD BE ON THE SCREEN HERE, AND AT THAT ONE YEAR LATER, ALL OF THE HOMES THE SUBDIVISION WERE BUILT, AND THIS DETACHED GARAGE IS EXISTING ON THE SITE. AND THIS GARAGE THAT IS CURRENTLY HERE ENCROACHES SEVEN FEET INTO THAT REAR SETBACK. AND SO WHAT THE PROPERTY OWNERS ARE REQUESTING TO DO IS TO NOT EXPAND THE AREA, BUT TO ADD A SECOND STORY TO THIS EXISTING GARAGE ON TOP TO BE A DWELLING UNIT FOR THEIR IN-LAWS TO STAY.
