SO WE KIND OF PAUSED ON ON THE CHANGES THAT WE'RE PROPOSING TODAY UNTIL WE HAD MORE INFORMATION FROM WHAT THE STATE WAS TRYING TO DO AT THAT POINT IN TIME. AND THAT DEFINITELY HAD AN IMPACT IN WHAT WE WERE TRYING TO BRING TO YOU TODAY. SO THE STATE WENT AHEAD AND MADE SOME CHANGES TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE, AND THAT IMPACTED DIRECTLY THE WAY THAT WE DO ENFORCEMENT AND PERMITTING OF MOBILE FOOD UNITS, PRIMARILY THOSE TWO. THE TWO BIGGEST CHANGES THAT THEY WANT TO MODIFY, THE HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE. CHAPTER 437 TO NOW INCLUDE A SECTION REQUIRING MUNICIPALITIES TO PUT UP IN A REGISTRY ANY LOCAL CODES THAT DIFFERS FROM THE STATE LAW. AND THOSE THOSE CAN ONLY SELL AN APPROVED MENU OF COMMERCIALLY PREPACKAGED FOODS ONLY. AGAIN, WE'RE JUST LOOKING TO ADD JUST A COUPLE OF ITEMS TO OUR MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE. NOT TO DEVIATE TOO MUCH FROM FROM THE STATE CODE, BUT THINKING ABOUT THIS NEW SCENARIO WHERE WE'RE GOING TO HAVE THREE UNITS MORE STATIONARY. WE DECIDED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE SOME PROTECTIONS THERE. AND WE ANY, ANY UTILITY CONNECTIONS FROM THE UNITS TO, TO POTENTIALLY A BUILDING, THE ONLY ONE THAT WILL BE MORE PERMANENT WILL BE THE ELECTRIC CONNECTION. WE'RE NOT ONE WE'RE NOT WANTING TO DO BIG CHANGES AT THIS POINT IN TIME. WE DON'T THINK ARE WARRANTED. JUST GOING BACK TO THOSE RESTRICTIONS THAT WE HAD IN OUR CODE, WE STILL HAVE.
