WE DIDN'T MOVE OUR STRUCTURES LAST YEAR. WE LEFT THOSE WHERE THEY WERE.
SO NO MOVEMENT THERE. BUT WE DID CHOOSE A SUBSET OF EMPLOYEES WHERE THEIR POSITIONS WERE CLEARLY BEHIND AND ADJUSTED THOSE. AND I NEGLECTED TO PUT ON THE SLIDE. AND THEN TWO CAVEAT THAT WITH THE LEVEL OF LEADERSHIP IS TO BE DETERMINED ANNUALLY BASED ON BUDGETARY AVAILABILITY. SO THAT'S THOSE ARE THE PARAMETERS THAT WE START FROM BASED ON HOW YOU ALL SET THOSE HISTORICALLY. SO FOR 2026, A RETIREE IN THAT YEAR WOULD RECEIVE A COLA BENEFIT OF ANYWHERE FROM 2.02 TO 2.46%, DEPENDING ON HOW LONG THEY'VE BEEN RETIRED. AND OUR RECOMMENDATIONS ARE THAT WE WOULD UTILIZE OUR THE SORRY, OUR VTO TO HELP WITH THE LOGISTICAL PLANNING VERSUS JUST THE CLEANUP OR JUST THE VOLUNTEER EFFORTS, AND WE WOULD UTILIZE THE NEW CITYWIDE VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE, AND THAT WE WOULD OPEN THIS UP CITYWIDE. SO HISTORICALLY, THIS HAS BEEN VERY SPECIFIC TO NEIGHBORHOODS THAT MEET TARGETED NEED, WHERE THEY HAD A DEFICIT, WHERE THEY WERE LOW INCOME OR OLDER HOUSING STOCK. BUT WE WANTED TO OPEN THIS UP CITYWIDE AND SHARE SHARE THE LOVE ACROSS THE ENTIRE CITY. ANY ARE THERE ANY THOUGHTS OR COMMENTS, ANY IDEA ON THE DATE FOR THIS? YEAH.
