NOT BECAUSE WE HAVE A SET SCOPE EACH YEAR SPECIFICALLY WHAT WE DO SOMEWHAT, BUT IT'S ALSO REACTIVE AS WELL. SO YOU CAN SEE THE SPENDING ON THIS PROJECT HAS INCREASED OVER THE YEARS SUBSTANTIALLY. AND THAT'S JUST MORE AND MORE -- PUT MORE AND MORE DOLLARS IN THE INFRASTRUCTURE. >> THAT RIGHT THERE TO ME IS A GOOD REPORT CARD ON COUNCIL'S BUDGETING FOR INFRASTRUCTURE RIGHT THERE. >> GREEN WALL, SAME TYPE OF PROJECT. SO THIS IS SOMETHING THAT WE ACTUALLY -- YOU'LL SEE THE FUNDING SPEND INCREASE EQUITY A BIT OVER THE YEARS, TOO, BUT I DO WANT TO POINT OUT IN '24 OUR SPEND WAS QUITE A BIT LOWER THAN THE FUNDING WE ACTUALLY HAD. BUT YOU CAN SEE ON THE MAP, IT'S EXTENDED ALL OVER TOWN AND JUST THESE ARE WALL IN THE RIGHT OF WAY THAT THE CITY ACTUALLY OWNS AND MAINTAINS. I DON'T THINK THIS IS ACCURATE. THEY'RE ESTIMATING COMPLETION IN DECEMBER AND I DON'T SEE THAT HAPPENING. I WOULD SAY THIS MORE LIKE FEBRUARY OR MARCH. SOUTHWEST PARKWAY, THIS PROJECT HAS MULTIPLE FUNDING SOURCES. SOME CDBG FUNDS AND TRIP FUNDS. PROJECT DESIGN HAS BEEN ALMOST COMPLETED. SO IN ORDER TO MAKE ALL THAT FIT, WE'RE NARROWING THE STREET UP AND WE ARE PROVIDING SOME ON STREET PARKING NEXT TO THE PARK DOWN AT THE VISTA PROJECT. BUT FOR THE MOST PART THERE WILL NOT BE ON STREET PARKING HERE.
