PRIOR TO DEVELOPMENT CODE ON THE USE LIKE THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB, WOULD REQUIRE 32 PARKING SPACES FOR A BUILDING OF THIS SIZE. THAT WOULD BE ONE PARKING SPACE FOR EVERY 300 FEET OF OFFICE AREA AND ONE PARKING SPACE FOR EVERY FOUR SEATS IN THE ASSEMBLY AREA.
NOW, THIS SIDE CURRENTLY HAS 23 SPACES. THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB ANTICIPATES THEIR BEING, I THINK, FIVE STAFF MEMBERS AT THIS LOCATION -- MY APOLOGIES.
