I ALSO WANTED TO NOTE THAT AS LOCATED OFF THE I-35, THERE IS [00:05:02] THE POTENTIAL FOR TEX DOT TO ACQUIRE ADDITIONAL PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY, WHEN EXPANDING I-35. WE DO HAVE PROVISIONS IN THE OVERLAY FOR REQUIREMENTS, IF ANY OF THE PROPERTY IS TAKEN BY GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY. THEY HAVE AGREED THAT IN THE CASE THAT THEY WILL MEET THE STANDARDS FOUND IN OUR OVERLAY. ESSENTIALLY, THOUGH STANDARDS ENSURE THAT THERE IS LANDSCAPE BUFFER AS WELL AS, AS IT REQUIREMENTS IN THAT CASE. I'LL GO THROUGH THE LIST OF ALTERNATE STANDARDS REQUESTED. THE FIRST IS TO WAIVE THE REQUIRED PARKING LOT, LANDSCAPING AND PLANTINGS IN THE DISPLAY STORAGE AREA WITH, AS MUCH, THERE IS NO PROVISIONS FOR HOW DEALERSHIPS IN OUR OVERLAY, WHICH DOES REQUIRE A TREE ON A PARKING STALLS AND THE TREE AT THE END OF THIS. THEY ARE LOOKING TO WAIVE THIS REQUIREMENT AS THESE ADDITIONAL TREES WERE SEVERELY LIMIT THE INVENTORY FOR THE DEALERSHIP AND THE ABSTRACTION OF BIRDS TO THESE TREES WOULD INCREASE THE MAINTENANCE ON SITE. THE SECOND ALTERNATIVE REQUEST IS TO REDUCE THE LANDSCAPE STANDARDS FOR EMPLOYEE PARKING FROM ONE TO EIGHT, WITH ONE TREE AND EVERY EIGHT SPACES TO 115. 13 EVERY 15. HELEN'S IS THE STANDARDS ELSEWHERE IN LOUISVILLE, NOT IN THE OVERLAY AS THIS AREA DOESN'T HAVE ANY INTERNAL LANDSCAPING, AS OF NOW, STAFF HAS NO ISSUE WITH THIS REQUEST. THEY ARE ALSO ASKING TO WAIVE THE STREETSCAPING REQUIREMENTS ALONG THE FRONTAGE ROAD HIT I-35 OVERLAY, THERE'S A -- OPTIONS THAT ALL DEVELOPERS MUST PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE, STREETSCAPING ELEMENTS. THESE ARE BENCHES BIKE RACKS, TRASH, RECEPTACLES, PLANTERS, THINGS SUCH AS THIS THAT'S REQUIRED. THEY DO HAVE OPEN SPACE, THAT IS ALONG VALLEY RIDGE, WHICH RIGHT NOW ALREADY HAS A LITTLE LENDING LIBRARY, AND ARE LOOKING TO ADD MORE PLANTINGS THERE. STAFF HAS NO OBJECTION WITH THAT REQUIREMENT ALONG THE ROAD AS THE FOOTAGE ROAD IS NOT AN APPROPRIATE LOCATION FOR ESSENTIALLY PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC IS MORE SUITABLE ON VALLEY I-35, ROGERS ROAD. IT'LL STILL BE A SIDEWALK, BUT NOT THE STREETSCAPING ELEMENT. THEY REQUESTED THE DOOR TO TOUCH, THIS IS INCLUDED IN ONE OF THE CRITERIA FOR THAT SPECIAL USE PERMIT. THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE SUPPLEMENTAL STANDARDS. THEY ARE PROVIDING ADDITIONAL SCREENING, WHERE. THESE BAY DOORS ARE FACING THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY. FINALLY, AT THE I-35 REQUIRES RECORDS DONE FOR EVERY ELEVATION. FOR EVERY ELEVATION OF BOTH BUILDINGS. THE SHOWROOM, WHICH, FACING THE ISO ROAD, WILL HAVE THE 80% RIGOROUS DONE, AND THERE ARE BRICK AND STONE AND OTHER ELEMENTS OF THE SHOWROOM. AND THE CUSTOMER ENTRANCE OF THIS SERVICE AREA. AND THOUGH THEY ARE NOT MEETING 80%, IT IS A VAST IMPROVEMENT ON WHAT IS LOCATING -- IS LOCATED THERE AND THE BRICK AND STONE ON EACH BUILDING. FOR THE FOCAL POINTS HIT THIS WE'LL IMPROVE THE ESTHETICS OF THIS AREA OF THE I-35 OVERLAY. AND STAFF FEELS THAT THIS IS A SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT OF THE AREA AND THE DEALERSHIP AS LOCATED TODAY.
