THE OTHER THING IS WE ACTUALLY HAD FIVE GRANTS SKIP THE PROCESS

SO TO IMPROVE THAT WE CHANGE THE PROCESS WE CHANGE THE MANUAL WORD -BASED FORM TO ELECTRONIC -BASED.

WE USE LASER FISH HEAVILY IN THE CITY HERE.

AND THEN WE CAN REDEEM AUTOMATE E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS WE COULD AND COPIES BACK TO THOSE WHO REQUESTED IT AND WHEN THEY FINISHED A REVIEW THE RESPONSE WENT OUT SO WE SHORTEN THE WORKFLOW WE ALSO REEVALUATED TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE IN THE COMMITTEE WERE ON THE COMMITTEE AND ALSO ALSO WORKED IN AUTOMATED REPORTED COMPONENT.
